Biography

Background: I spent the majority of my childhood in Beatrice, Nebraska. In high school, my family moved to Normal, Illinois which is where I graduated high school. I met my wife, Tina, while attending Bethel College, and we were married in 2003. We have two children, Noah and Levi. We lived in North Newton for 3 years until moving to Hesston in 2007. We currently reside in rural Goessel.

Personal Interests: I enjoy many things, most of them involve being physically active or being a spectator of such activities. I am a basketball official, a golfer and an avid Nebraska Cornhusker football fan and season ticket holder. I also enjoy helping on my father-in-law's farm and being a Big Brother for Big Brothers/Big Sisters.

Why Bethesda Home?: Goessel is the hometown of my wife and is a community in which we feel very comfortable. Our children will attend school here and we plan to move into district sometime in the future. This job gave me the opportunity to be a larger part of this community. At Bethesda Home, I have found a natural fit for my values and service oriented beliefs. I have been tremendously impressed with the care this facility gives to both its residents and employees.
