Biography

Background: I was born in Goessel and have lived my entire life in this community. In 1993 I married Harriet Bartel from the Lehigh/Hillsboro area. Harriet is a Personal Banker at Emprise Bank in Hillsboro. I am the Director of Environmental Services at Bethesda where I have worked in the maintenance department for over twenty–five years. Previous to my time in maintenance I worked for a couple of years as a CNA here at Bethesda. I have also had jobs in manufacturing and auto parts sales in the past.

Personal Interests: I like outdoor activities such as playing golf, hiking and enjoy trout fishing in the solitude of the Rockies. Photography is also a favorite past–time of mine.

Why Bethesda Home?: I enjoy working at Bethesda because of the variety of daily challenges the job has to offer. I also enjoy visiting with our Bethesda residents which have so much wisdom to offer.
