Biography

Background: I grew up in Goessel and have lived here most of my life. I attended Hesston College and Eastern Mennonite University. After graduation in 2003, I married Brad Hiebert who also was from Goessel. I have worked as a Social Worker for Hospice and also at Newton Medical Center. In 2009 we had our first child, Jackson. Soon after that we moved to Hutchinson where we are currently living. Brad is a firefighter for the city of Hutchinson. I am currently working part-time at Bethesda and spending my off days with Jackson.

Personal Interests: I enjoy reading, antiquing and baking, however my favorite past time is spent with family. I love watching our son Jackson grow and learn new things. We enjoy taking him to our parents' farms and watching his love for tractors and animals grow. Each year we especially look forward to October when we can work and play at my parents' pumpkin patch!

Why Bethesda Home?: Working at Bethesda is like "coming home" for me. I worked at Bethesda throughout my high school and college years in the social services department. Through this experience came my desire to be a social worker. It is an honor for me to work at Bethesda and learn from the residents that call this their home.
